Foxy Consultancy<\/b><\/p>\n

Version:<\/b> June 2026<\/span><\/p>\n

These terms and conditions are drawn up in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English version shall prevail and be binding.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

1. Definitions<\/b><\/h5>\n
    \n
  1. Contractor<\/b>: Eszter Matla-Fodor (Foxy Consultancy), registered in Sweden with organisation number 8812019746.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Client<\/b>: any natural or legal person engaging the Contractor.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Services<\/b>: all services provided by the Contractor, including but not limited to bookkeeping, tax advisory, virtual assistance, and website development.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Agreement<\/b>: any agreement between the parties to which these terms apply.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Prepaid Hours Card<\/b>: a prepaid bundle of hours purchased in advance by the Client, available in three tiers as published on the Contractor’s website.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
    2. Applicability<\/b><\/h5>\n
      \n
    1. These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and services.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. The Client’s general terms and conditions are expressly excluded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
      3. Formation of the Agreement<\/b><\/h5>\n
        \n
      1. An agreement is formed upon the Client’s written or verbal acceptance, or upon completion of payment for a Prepaid Hours Card.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. The Contractor undertakes a best-efforts obligation, not an obligation of result.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
        4. Performance of Services<\/b><\/h5>\n
          \n
        1. Services are performed with due care and professional skill.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. No guarantees are given regarding outcomes or decisions by third parties, including tax authorities.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Decisions made by the Client based on the services are at the Client’s own risk.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Where information from the Client is required for proper performance, the Client is responsible for providing it accurately and in a timely manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
          5. Fees and Invoicing<\/b><\/h5>\n

          Standard hourly rate<\/b><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Services are charged at 500 SEK per hour excluding VAT<\/b>, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. A minimum charge of 1 hour (500 SEK excluding VAT)<\/b> applies per assignment, regardless of actual time spent. This minimum covers intake, assessment, communication, and administrative handling.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Invoicing takes place monthly in arrears<\/b> based on actual hours worked. Time is recorded and billed per commenced half-hour.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Invoices must be paid within 14 days<\/b> of the invoice date.<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. The Contractor reserves the right to adjust the hourly rate. Rate changes will be communicated in writing to existing Clients at least 30 days in advance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Prepaid Hours Card<\/b><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. The Prepaid Hours Card is subject to the conditions set out in Article 14.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
              6. Late Payment<\/b><\/h5>\n
                \n
              1. In case of late payment, statutory interest under Swedish law applies from the due date.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Collection costs may be charged to the Client.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. The Contractor reserves the right to suspend services in the event of a payment arrears exceeding 30 days, following written notice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
                7. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h5>\n
                  \n
                1. The Contractor shall not be liable for damages arising from decisions made by the Client based on the services provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence.<\/span><\/li>\n
                3. Any liability is limited to the amount invoiced during the month in which the damage occurred. In the case of a Prepaid Hours Card, liability is limited to the purchase price of the card.<\/span><\/li>\n
                4. Liability for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, is excluded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
                  8. Confidentiality<\/b><\/h5>\n
                    \n
                  1. Both parties undertake to keep confidential all information received from the other party in the context of the agreement.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. The Contractor will not disclose the Client’s confidential data, including financial data, tax information, and personal data, to third parties, unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  3. This confidentiality obligation remains in force after termination of the agreement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
                    9. Data Protection (GDPR)<\/b><\/h5>\n
                      \n
                    1. The Contractor processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/span><\/li>\n
                    2. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the performance of the agreement.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    3. The Contractor takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    4. For more information on the processing of personal data, please refer to the Foxy Consultancy Privacy Policy, available on the website.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
                      10. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h5>\n
                        \n
                      1. All documents, reports, advice, and other work products produced by the Contractor remain the property of the Contractor until the Client has fulfilled all payment obligations.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      2. Upon full payment, the right to use the delivered work product transfers to the Client, unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      3. The Contractor retains the right to use the work for its own promotional purposes at all times, unless the Client objects in writing.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
                        11. Termination<\/b><\/h5>\n
                          \n
                        1. Either party may terminate the agreement with a notice period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/span><\/li>\n
                        2. For one-off assignments, the agreement ends by operation of law upon full delivery and payment.<\/span><\/li>\n
                        3. In case of early termination by the Client, the Contractor is entitled to invoice for work performed up to that point.<\/span><\/li>\n
                        4. The Contractor may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in the event of a serious breach by the Client, including prolonged non-payment.<\/span><\/li>\n
                        5. This article does not apply to Prepaid Hours Cards, which are governed by Article 14.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
                          12. Force Majeure<\/b><\/h5>\n
                            \n
                          1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failures, or government measures.<\/span><\/li>\n
                          2. If a force majeure situation persists for more than 30 days, either party has the right to dissolve the agreement in writing without being liable for damages.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
                            13. Governing Law and Disputes<\/b><\/h5>\n
                              \n
                            1. These terms are governed by Swedish law<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                            2. The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement.<\/span><\/li>\n
                            3. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Sweden.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
                              14. Prepaid Hours Card<\/b><\/h5>\n

                              Purchase and activation<\/b><\/p>\n

                                \n
                              1. The Prepaid Hours Card becomes active upon receipt of full payment. No services will be provided prior to payment being confirmed.<\/span><\/li>\n
                              2. The card is available in three tiers as published on the Contractor’s website. Prices are inclusive of Swedish VAT (MOMS) at the applicable rate.<\/span><\/li>\n
                              3. By completing payment, the Client accepts these terms and conditions in full.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                Validity<\/b><\/p>\n

                                  \n
                                1. The Prepaid Hours Card is valid for 3 months<\/b> from the date of purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                2. Unused hours expire automatically at the end of this period without any right to reimbursement or extension.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  Use<\/b><\/p>\n

                                    \n
                                  1. Hours are deducted per contact moment, including emails, calls, and preparation time.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  2. Each contact moment is billed in 15-minute increments<\/b>, with a minimum charge of 15 minutes<\/b> per interaction. Time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  3. The Client will be notified when the remaining balance falls below 30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  4. The Contractor maintains a record of hours used, which is available to the Client upon request.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                    No refund<\/b><\/p>\n

                                      \n
                                    1. Prepaid Hours Cards are non-refundable. No reimbursement will be given for unused hours, whether at expiry or in the event of early termination by the Client.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                    2. In the event of early termination by the Contractor due to a serious breach by the Client, no refund will be given for unused hours.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                    3. In the event of early termination by the Contractor for reasons other than a breach by the Client, unused hours will be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                      Scope<\/b><\/p>\n

                                        \n
                                      1. The Prepaid Hours Card covers email and WhatsApp support, short advice, and administrative questions as described on the Contractor’s website.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                      2. Work falling outside this scope, including complex tax filings, bookkeeping assignments, and extended advisory projects, will be quoted and invoiced separately at the standard hourly rate.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                      3. The Contractor reserves the right to decline a request that falls outside the scope of the Prepaid Hours Card and to refer the Client to a separate agreement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>", "protected": false }, "excerpt": { "rendered": "
