Foxy Consultancy<\/b><\/p>\n

1. Definitions<\/b><\/h5>\n
    \n
  1. Contractor<\/b>: Eszter Matla-Fodor (Foxy Consultancy), registered in Sweden with organisation number 8812019746.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Client<\/b>: any natural or legal person engaging the Contractor.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Services<\/b>: all services provided by the Contractor.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Agreement<\/b>: any agreement between the parties to which these terms apply.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    2. Applicability<\/b><\/h5>\n
      \n
    1. These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and services.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Client\u2019s general terms are expressly excluded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      3. Formation of the Agreement<\/b><\/h5>\n
        \n
      1. An agreement is formed upon the Client\u2019s written or verbal acceptance.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. The Contractor undertakes a <\/span>best-efforts obligation, not an obligation of result.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        4. Performance of Services<\/b><\/h5>\n
          \n
        1. Services are performed with due care and professional skill.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. No guarantees are given regarding outcomes.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Decisions made by the Client based on the services are at the Client\u2019s own risk.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          5. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h5>\n
            \n
          1. The Contractor shall not be liable for damages arising from decisions made by the Client based on the services.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Any liability is limited to the amount invoiced during the month in which the damage occurred.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Liability for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, is excluded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            6. Fees and Invoicing<\/b><\/h5>\n
              \n
            1. Services are charged at <\/span>500 SEK per hour excluding VAT<\/b>, unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. Invoicing takes place <\/span>monthly in arrears<\/b> based on actual hours worked. Time is recorded and billed per commenced half-hour.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. Invoices must be paid within <\/span>14 days<\/b> of the invoice date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              7. Late Payment<\/b><\/h5>\n
                \n
              1. In case of late payment, statutory interest under Swedish law applies.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. Collection costs may be charged.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                8. Force Majeure<\/b><\/h5>\n
                  \n
                1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                  10. Governing Law and Disputes<\/b><\/h5>\n
                    \n
                  1. These terms are governed by <\/span>Swedish law<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement. If this cannot be achieved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Sweden<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
