About me

My name is Eszter Matla-Fodor. I’m originally from Hungary, but I lived in the Netherlands for 18 years before moving to Sweden with my partner. We’ve now been living here for 3.5 years, and I’ve found my place in Swedish life — and in entrepreneurship.

After studying Artificial Intelligence in Amsterdam, I worked in technical support roles for many years. During that time, I discovered how valuable it is to help people with practical solutions and clear advice — especially when dealing with systems and processes. I now bring that experience into my own business.

When I started my business in Sweden, I quickly realized how many rules, administrative tasks, and unfamiliar procedures come with being an expat. It was sometimes a process of searching and figuring things out, but that’s exactly why I now understand the challenges entrepreneurs face — and how to make things clear and manageable.

With that knowledge, I now help other expats in Sweden — from bookkeeping and administration to setting up their own business. I also work as a virtual business assistant, supporting entrepreneurs with tasks like technical support, process automation, customer communication, and streamlining their administration.

At the moment, I’m studying to become a certified bookkeeper, a course I hope to complete this fall. This will allow me to support expats and small business owners even better with their financial and business organization.

I believe in personal attention, clear communication, and above all, in solutions that are both practical and tailored to you and your business.
