My name is Eszter Matla-Fodor. I was born in Hungary, spent 18 years in the Netherlands from the age of fourteen, and now live in Sweden with my partner. Here, I’ve truly found my place – both personally and professionally.

After completing my degree in Artificial Intelligence in Amsterdam, I gained over ten years of experience in technical support roles. During that time, I discovered how rewarding it is to make complex issues clear and practical. That approach is now at the core of my own business.

As an expat in Sweden, I experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate new regulations, administrative tasks, and unfamiliar procedures. This not only gave me practical knowledge, but also a deep understanding of how important clear structure and reliable support are for entrepreneurs.

Through my company, I support expats and small business owners in Sweden with their business and administrative processes: from bookkeeping and administration to setting up and organizing a company. I also work as a virtual business assistant, helping entrepreneurs with technical support, process automation, client communication, and streamlining their administration.

My work is supported by a strong foundation in bookkeeping, developed through focused training and hands-on application. I will soon begin further studies in tax law, where I actively explore the connections between Dutch regulations and the Swedish legal framework. This enables me to combine organizational clarity with financially and legally sound guidance.
